Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Skilo’s Cuzina, we produce fresh, human-grade meals made to order. Because our products are perishable, our refund policy differs from traditional retail.

2. No Returns Policy (Perishable Goods)
Due to health and safety regulations, we do NOT accept returns on any food products once delivered.

3. When Refunds or Replacements Are Approved
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- Product arrives spoiled, contaminated, or unsafe
- Wrong product received
- Missing items
- Order arrives significantly damaged

4. Time Limit to Report Issues
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include photos and a description of the issue.

5. Refund Method
Approved refunds may be issued as:
- Original payment refund
- Store credit
- Replacement meals
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.

6. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued for:
- Opened food without quality issues
- Improper storage
- Pet preference (dog refusal)
- Reports after 24 hours
- Incorrect address provided

7. Subscription / Pre-Orders
Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before production.
No cancellations or refunds once production begins.

8. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
If marked delivered but missing, customers must contact the carrier.

9. Chargebacks / Fraud Protection
We reserve the right to deny refunds or block users for abuse.
