1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing this website and/or purchasing from Skilo’s Cuzina LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase our products.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION & USE
Skilo’s Cuzina provides fresh, human-grade dog food products intended for supplemental or complete feeding when used as directed.
- Our meals are prepared using commercially available nutritional supplements (including Balance IT®) to support balanced canine nutrition.
- Products are intended for dogs only.
- Customers are responsible for determining suitability for their pet.
3. NO MEDICAL OR VETERINARY ADVICE
All information provided on this website is for informational purposes only.
We do NOT diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
You agree to consult a licensed veterinarian before making dietary changes.
4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By purchasing and feeding Skilo’s Cuzina products, you acknowledge that all dogs may react differently and fresh food carries inherent risks including allergies or sensitivities.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skilo’s Cuzina LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
6. PRODUCT HANDLING & STORAGE
Customers agree to refrigerate or freeze products immediately upon delivery and follow proper food safety practices.
Failure to do so releases Skilo’s Cuzina LLC from related liability.
7. ALLERGIES & INGREDIENT DISCLOSURE
Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredients. Skilo’s Cuzina is not liable for allergic reactions.
8. ORDERING, DELIVERY & ACCEPTANCE
Upon delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer. Proper storage is required.
9. REFUNDS & RETURNS
Due to the perishable nature of products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are at our discretion.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skilo’s Cuzina LLC from claims arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes will first attempt resolution through negotiation, then binding arbitration in Nevada.
You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
13. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
